This tour will give you a chance to visit all of the famous national parks in the northern circuit of Tanzania at a good price and a good pace. In eleven days, you will visit Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and the famous Serengeti Plains. You will also have a chance to visit Zanzibar Island at the end of your safari. The tour will include all accommodation, meals, and transportation as per the itinerary.
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania
We will pick you up from Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha domestic airport. Drive to your hotel in Arusha and check-in and drive into Arusha town to explore (depending on your arrival time). Arusha City is situated at the foot of Mount Meru and it is the most famous city as a gateway to the Tanzania safari northern circuit. You will overnight at Green Mountain hotel or a similar hotel.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
Pick up from your hotel after breakfast, and then drive to Tarangire National Park and do a morning game viewing. Have a picnic lunch then go for a game drive in the afternoon. The vast number of baobabs will catch your eye as you enter Tarangire National Park. The gently rolling countryside is dotted with these majestic trees, which seem to dwarf the animals that feed beneath them. Herds of up to 300 elephants roam in the park with the migratory wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and elands. Drive to your hotel in Karatu town. You will overnight at Eileen’s Trees Lodge, or a similar lodge.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, depart for Serengeti National park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. You will have time to stop at the Ngorongoro Crater “viewpoint”. You will continue on to Serengeti National Park. Have an afternoon game drive in the park, and then stop at the picnic site for lunch. The Serengeti is known as one of the best wildlife sanctuaries in the world, especially renowned for the migration of animals. Every year more than a million wildebeest and zebras travel through the park. After lunch, you will do a game viewing on the way to your hotel. You will overnight at Tortilis Tented Lodge or a similar lodge in the park.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, start the morning game viewing in the park, and then stop at the picnic site for lunch. After lunch, you will do a game drive on the way out and then drive back to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Drive through the Ngorongoro Crater rim forest to your hotel where you will spend a night. You will overnight at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge on the Crater rim.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, drive down the Ngorongoro Crater. Also known as the eighth wonder of the world, this heritage center shelters the most beautiful wildlife haven on earth. Ngorongoro has over 20,000 large animals including some of Tanzania’s last remaining black rhino, protected within its rim. You will have a morning game viewing in the crater and then a picnic lunch. After lunch, you will do a game viewing drive on the way out and then drive out of the crater through the Ngorongoro Crater rim forest back to Arusha town. We will overnight at Green Mountain hotel or a similar hotel in Arusha.

Day 6: Zanzibar Island
After breakfast, we will drive into Arusha for shopping or explore Arusha town. Arusha is situated at the foot of Mount Meru and it is the most famous city as a gateway to the Northern Safari circuit. We will drive to Arusha/Kilimanjaro airport for your flight to Zanzibar. We will arrange a Taxi/hotel car to pick you up from Zanzibar airport to your hotel. You will overnight at Casa Del Mar hotel or a similar hotel at Jambiani beach.

Today is your last day in Zanzibar so we can arrange transportation to pick you up from the hotel and drop you at the airport any time after your breakfast. The accommodation is based on bed and breakfast on this day to allow you to check out at the hotel at any time and leave for the airport.
